Joe began his career with C&S in Dallas in 1983, subsequently moving to Houston in 1988 in order to establish their Houston office and later achieving the level of Partner in 1993. In 1997, Joe became associated with HSNO as a partner, operating their Houston office.
Ronnie started as an intern in the Houston office of C&S in 1989 and then accepted a full time position with C&S in Dallas in 1992. Ronnie transferred to Houston in 1994 and became associated with HSNO in 1997, achieving the level of manager of the firm's Houston office.
